1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DocVault Pro ("the Service"), operated by Bharat Automate AI Pvt Ltd ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DocVault Pro is a cloud-based document management platform that provides digital document storage, OCR text extraction, AI-powered search, workflow approvals, physical records tracking, and notification services.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
4. Subscription & Payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in INR
- The 14-day free trial requires no credit card. After the trial, a paid plan is required to continue
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
- Refunds are available within 7 days of first payment for annual plans
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use DocVault Pro to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
- Upload content that violates privacy laws or third-party rights
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all documents and data you upload to DocVault Pro. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bharat Automate AI Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of DocVault Pro. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
